Get started with your own playlist

  1. 1.Install on your device

    Find UTM Play in the Samsung, LG or Roku store. For Android, Android TV and Fire TV, check the download and options in Platforms.

  2. 2.Find your sign-in details

    Open Settings → My account to find your MAC and device key. If your provider uses Partners, sign in with the code and credentials they supplied.

  3. 3.Add and test your playlist

    For MAC access, sign in to My playlist on this website and add your source. Reopen the app and check that titles, picture and sound work on your device.

  4. 4.Choose your activation

    Check the trial expiry in the app. When needed, select a package on the activation page or contact your reseller. The software licence is separate from your playlist.

Before asking for help, check these three things

The right details make it easier to find the source of a problem.

  • Identity and version

    Settings → My account brings together your MAC, device key and app version. Use the MAC shown there.

  • Content and connection

    Try another title and check your internet connection. If only one source fails, contact your playlist provider.

  • Message and context

    For support, note the error, device model and what happened before it. Do not send passwords.

Does UTM Play include channels, films or series?

No. UTM Play is a player. Add your own playlist or one from a provider you choose, with content you have the right to access. The app licence does not include a playlist.

Where can I find my MAC and device key?

In the app, open Settings → My account and check MAC address and Device key. Use the details shown by UTM Play, not the address on your TV label. This screen also shows your app version.

Can I try it before paying?

Check the expiry date on your device and test your playlist, picture and sound before choosing an activation.

What am I buying when I activate?

A player licence for the MAC shown by the app. The activation page shows available packages, prices, durations and payment methods. Your playlist service is separate and remains your provider’s responsibility.
